Some people using a browser for FTP reported problems in passiv-mode, using an  FTP-client worked normaly fine.
Since end of 2003 we are running a DSL-router which fully supports NAT on our site. Hopefully this problems will not appear anymore, otherwise please check your equipment first or try to use our http-access to the downloadserver with a browser instead, that is what a browser was originally made for.
